Our generalized programs are written and developed for each child aiming to enrich their lives as they travel through school and beyond. Ensuring that they possess the necessary building blocks for life and well-being.

Our dedication to helping students with early learning aligns with the state’s overall goal of ensuring that every child has access to a comprehensive and high-quality education. ERA recognizes that to build a solid foundation for lifelong learning, children must have positive experiences in their early years of life. Therefore, we at Educational Resource Associates do our best to provide parents with the assistance and tools required to enable their children who may feel left behind. Not to mention a way of catching up with their other classmates or starting off strong in those early years.

Quality early childhood education is every child’s right in Iowa to have a bright and promising future.

Early Education and Tutoring Support in Iowa

What is early education?  Well, with over 40 years in the business, we understand the importance of early education.  Our experience has led us to find the perfect formula within a variety of settings for teaching our children the building blocks of learning or as we like to call it ‘The Ladder Of Learning’.  It allows kids to fundamentally soak up knowledge as it’s taught to them.  We’ve witnessed time and time again that when a small child doesn’t have the fundamental building blocks they are left behind.

Our ladder emphasizes the importance of providing high-quality education programs and care environments to support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development at every step. It is an essential phase of learning as it sets the foundation for a child’s future learning experiences.

Our early childhood teaching is designed to provide children with the necessary skills and knowledge in their formative years to ensure their academic success. The goal is to test and assess a child’s current position in his study and design programs and tasks specifically for them that are targeted at improving their fundamentals: language, phonics, reading, pre-reading, and math. Our students must fully understand each area of the building blocks and our program supports this success.

In following our Ladder of Learning we employ teachings that were designed for the specific needs of each young learner. Early education helps children learn how to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and problem-solve. The benefits of our ladder programme and early education can last a lifetime.

In West Des Moines, Iowa what are the benefits of working with Educational Resource Associates for your child’s early childhood education?

Educational Resource Associates, early childhood support, and education provide numerous benefits for young children. One of the main advantages is the inclusive and equitable nature of these programs.
We welcome children from diverse backgrounds, including those with special needs, such as those with language delays, autism, and behavioral problems. We even have unique programs for gifted children who require more challenging programs and tasks for their educational progress. We offer all our students equal opportunities for growth and development.

Our programs are not intrusive and do not take away from the daily lives of our students. We designed our programs to be very effective while only requiring most of our students to attend for 2 hours a week. We take pride in the education of children and alleviating our student’s educational struggles while also assuring they are able to proceed normally in other aspects of their lives.

Additionally, our programs help our vulnerable children foster confidence, social relationships, imagination, and a love of learning, which sets up a child to have a headstart and begin at the top of their class as early as kindergarten. Overall, it is a valuable investment in a child’s future and provides a positive impact not only in their early years but also in their future.

Research has proven that early intervention programs such as ours have a positive impact on children’s development and preparedness for school and long-term success. It is a worthwhile endeavor that provides long-lasting benefits to young children, their families, and communities.

This system helps keep students motivated to work harder in their studies knowing that their hard work will not go unnoticed. In this way, we help set up children aged 3 to 5 for success in later years, providing them with a good foundation for academic and social learning.
